Beauty & Skin Therapist

Part-time | 10 hours per week | £18 per hour
Aurelia Clinic is looking for an experienced, passionate and personable Beauty & Skin Therapist to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience, with a strong background in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments.
This is not a junior beauty therapist role. We are looking for someone confident, knowledgeable and capable of working independently with clients from day one.

Aurelia Clinic is a high-end aesthetics and skin clinic based in Warrington, specialising in advanced skin treatments, skin health and results-driven aesthetics.

The role
You will be responsible for delivering a range of advanced skin and aesthetic treatments to Aurelia Clinic clients, providing an exceptional experience from consultation through to treatment, aftercare and rebooking.
The role will initially be 10 hours per week:
- Wednesday: 10am–3pm
- Saturday: 10am–3pm (1 Saturday off p/m)
There may be opportunities to increase hours in the future as the clinic grows and demand increases.

- HIFU
- Laser Hair Removal
- IPL / Glass Skin Photofacial
- Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- Advanced Facials
- Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
- Skin Consultations
- Treatment Planning

Chemical peel certification (mandatory)
Laser hair removal certification (mandatory)
Advanced skin therapist preferred.
Full training and guidance will be provided on Aurelia Clinic’s specific treatment protocols and client journey where required.
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within beauty, skin
- Experienced in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments
- Confident carrying out treatments independently
- Passionate about skin health and achieving great client results
- Warm, friendly and naturally personable
- Professional, reliable and well presented
- Confident carrying out consultations and recommending suitable treatments
- Knowledgeable about different skin concerns and treatment options
- Excellent at building genuine relationships with clients
- Comfortable recommending future treatments and encouraging rebooking
- Organised and able to manage their own treatment diary
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow clinic protocols, consultation procedures and aftercare guidelines
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience
- Relevant qualifications for the treatments you will be performing
- Appropriate professional insurance
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
