As our Workwear division continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised and hands-on Embroidery Machinist / Garment Production Operative to join our production team at our Head Office in Bromborough.
The Role
This is a varied role covering embroidery, heat-seal production and garment control. You’ll be involved throughout the production process, from receiving and allocating garments through to embellishment, quality checking, packing and preparing completed orders.
You don’t necessarily need experience across every aspect of the role. Previous embroidery, garment production, warehouse or similar experience would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating single and multi-head embroidery machines
- Operating heat presses to apply garment transfers and branding
- Using a sewing machine for attaching tax tabs and carrying out minor alterations
- Unpacking, booking in and allocating Workwear and PPE ready for production
- Carrying out production and quality checks to ensure finished garments meet the required standard
- Folding, packing and booking out completed garments
- Prioritising work in line with production requirements and customer demand
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies or production issues promptly
- Working closely with colleagues across Workwear, Warehouse and Customer Service
- Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe
About You

- Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Communicates well with colleagues
- Is willing to learn new processes and equipment
Previous experience using embroidery machines, heat presses or working within garment production would be beneficial, but it is not essential as training will be provided.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position working 8-hour shifts, excluding breaks.
Shifts are scheduled between 06:30 and 18:30.
