MSK Physiotherapist ( North West London) – Self Employed – West London

We’re currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic MSK Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role is offered on a part‑time, self‑employed basis. Earnings depend on caseload. The pay range shown on Indeed is a system placeholder only.
We encourage applications from physiotherapists who live within a reasonable distance of Ruislip Manor, as this supports reliable attendance for scheduled and walk‑in appointments.
This is a self‑employed position suitable for a physiotherapist who is already based in North West London or nearby areas. The role includes both pre‑booked appointments and occasional walk‑ins, so candidates must be comfortable with short‑notice travel to the clinic when required.
You will manage your own caseload, deliver evidence‑based MSK physiotherapy, and contribute to a positive patient experience within the clinic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high‑quality MSK or specialist physiotherapy services
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans
- Provide hands‑on treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling and other physiotherapy techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide physiotherapy home visits when required
- Evidence continued professional development (CPD) and uphold CSP and HCPC professional standards
- Support the planning and facilitation of clinical workshops and educational sessions
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable weekly availability is essential for this role, as our clinic operates a real‑time booking system and patients often book at short notice. Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Occasional Saturdays: 2pm – 7pm
- Interviews will be held on Saturday afternoons, subject to lead therapist availability.
Pay Structure:
This role is offered on a self‑employed basis with a 60/40 revenue split, where the business retains 60% and the Physiotherapist retains 40%. This structure supports operational costs while we build a stable client base. The pay structure will be reviewed as the business grows and the caseload develops.
Qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy Degree
- Full registration with HCPC and CSP
- Evidence of continued professional development
- 1–2 years of UK based MSK experience
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written English
- Confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Experience generating your own caseload
- Previous private healthcare experience
- A valid driving licence is preferred, as the role may require travelling to patients’ homes for physiotherapy home visits
- Insurance recognition with major providers (AXA, Bupa, Aviva, Vitality, WPA)
