We are seeking a skilled and proactive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at the newly refurbished Garner Elgin hotel set to reopen in Summer 2026.

As Housekeeping Manager, you will lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the housekeeping team to achieve daily and long-term targets

Recruit, train, and develop team members to brand standards

Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet inspection criteria

Manage department budget, inventory, and supplier relationships

Drive cleanliness audits and respond to feedback

Schedule rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels

Maintain health & safety and COSHH compliance across the team

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
