Role purpose:
To provide a high level of ongoing financial advice and servicing to an established client bank, building strong and lasting client relationships. The role involves understanding clients’ financial circumstances, objectives and changing needs, reviewing existing arrangements and ensuring their financial plans remain appropriate.
The Servicing Adviser will deliver an exceptional client experience by providing professional, proactive and timely support, ensuring client reviews, recommendations, administration and follow-up actions are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
The role will work closely with the Financial Advisers and wider support team to ensure client appointments, meeting preparation, research, recommendations and ongoing servicing are delivered efficiently and in line with regulatory and practice requirements.
Key duties and responsibilities:
· Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and servicing throughout the client relationship.
· Conducting regular client reviews to understand changes in their financial circumstances, objectives and future requirements.
· Reviewing clients’ existing financial arrangements and identifying any changes or areas requiring further consideration.
· Supporting the Financial Adviser with research and analysis to prepare suitable financial strategies, recommendations and client reports.
· Reviewing clients’ attitude to risk and capacity for loss as part of the ongoing financial planning process.
· Providing clients with clear and accurate information regarding their existing financial arrangements, products and services.
· Liaising with clients, product providers and other professional advisers where required to ensure the smooth administration and implementation of advice.
· Keeping up to date with relevant financial services legislation, taxation, FCA regulations and industry developments.
· Communicating relevant legislative and regulatory changes to clients where these may affect their savings, investments, pensions or wider financial plans.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and ensuring all servicing activities are completed in accordance with regulatory and practice requirements.
· Managing workloads effectively and adhering to agreed client and regulatory timeframes, ensuring all servicing activities, reviews and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.
· Ensuring all client communications and servicing activities are delivered professionally, efficiently and within required timescales.
· Supporting the Financial Adviser with client meetings, annual reviews, implementation of recommendations and ongoing client administration.
· Participating in monthly practice and marketing meetings, contributing to client retention and business development strategies.

Person specification:
Knowledge and experience:
· Level 4 qualified
· Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
· Previous advice experience required
· Use of Financial Analytics, Voyant and other software
