The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals to join our nursery team.
Whether you are:
- A qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner,
- Currently studying towards an Early Years qualification,
- Or a volunteer looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in an early years setting,
we would love to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners, develop your confidence, and make a positive difference in the lives of young children.
To ensure the role is the right fit for both you and our team, all successful candidates will complete a 4-week probationary period, allowing you to become familiar with our nursery, routines, and values.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- A positive, reliable, and caring attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
For Qualified Practitioners
- A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Training (can be provided where required)
- Paediatric First Aid.
- Level 2 Safeguarding.
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene.

Your Responsibilities
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging play and activities.
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Support observations and children's learning records (where appropriate).
- Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team to provide outstanding care.
