We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator/Administrator to join our specialist Holiday Complex Team in Exeter. This role is ideally suited to an individual who takes pride in delivering a high level of service and has experience of working in Prime Residential Markets.
The candidate will be well organised with the ability to cope under pressure and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team are pre-requisites as is the ability to build and maintain trust with clients.
As a Sales Negotiator / Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of the Department and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, providing a warm and professional welcome while delivering efficient administrative support throughout the sales process.
Working as part of an established and supportive team, the successful candidate will also play a key role in agreeing and progressing transactions, maintaining the high standards for which we are known.
Saturday working on a rota basis with time off in-lieu.
The Role
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Department.
- Preparing property details, brochures and sales documentation.
- Managing property listings across online portals and internal systems.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Greeting clients and visitors to the office.
- Arranging property viewings and appointments.
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other professionals.
- Assisting with sales negotiation & progression, whilst maintaining accurate records.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Has experience of Estate Agency and preferably the Prime Market.
- Is confident communicating with clients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and is comfortable learning new software systems.
- Can prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Enjoys working as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
- Delivers excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Has a full UK driving licence with a car
- Can work Saturdays on a rota basis with time-off in lieu
