We are looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to join the team at Lochside House Hotel, Lodges Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the smooth operation of a luxury hotel.

- Carry out general maintenance tasks across the hotel, lodges, and spa, including basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Assist with preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all facilities are kept in excellent working order.
- Support the hotel management team by responding promptly to reactive repair requests.
- Maintain hotel and maintenance areas to keep them clean, organised, and safe.
- Ensure the hotel grounds are kept clean, tidy, and well maintained all year round, including managing bins and waste disposal.
- Perform hot tub and pool plant testing as required, ensuring water quality and safety standards are met.
- Support other departments with day-to-day duties where needed, such as assisting housekeeping with laundry or room setup.
- Occasionally travel to other RAD Hotel Group venues to provide maintenance support.
- Some previous experience in a maintenance or trades role is preferable.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Experience with hot tub pool plant testing is preferable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Full UK Drivers Licence Required.
