We are looking for a polite, diligent and dedicated hotel night manager for our accommodation project here at The Cedars Hotel. The successful candidate should have a background in hospitality and have excellent communication skills and an ability to work considerately and carefully. You must have an ability to work independently and follow instructions. Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
The shifts are 11pm until 9am, on a 4 on 4 off rotation. Average 35 hours per week. Flexibility for other holiday and sickness cover will be required.
Main tasks involve:
- Admin and accounts processing
- Legionella safety management
- Maintenance process administration
- Fire safety and security checks
- Basic food preparation and service
- Distribute toiletries and essential supplies
- Fire safety in case of an emergency
- Basic cleaning tasks
- Liaising with management and security
