We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality
- Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee food preparation and food safety protocols to maintain quality and compliance with health regulations
- Doing orders and assist the GM and make sure the team is happy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste
- Lead by example in serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism while maintaining a lively restaurant atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Familiarity with culinary processes including food production and kitchen operations
- Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable
- Barista experience or expertise in beverage service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
