We are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator who can help manage day to day logistics activities, coordinate schedules, support suppliers and clients, and ensure that goods, documents, and operational requests are handled accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, communication, planning, and working in a fast paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily logistics activities, delivery schedules, collections, supplier updates, and operational timelines.
Operations Support: Assist with planning, tracking, and improving day to day business operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Communication: Liaise with suppliers, clients, drivers, internal teams, and service partners to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, delivery notes, job updates, reports, and operational files.
Problem Solving: Identify delays, missing information, or service issues and help resolve them quickly and professionally.
Process Improvement: Support improvements in logistics workflows, reporting, scheduling, and communication procedures.
Customer Service: Ensure clients and partners receive professional support and clear information throughout the logistics process.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in logistics coordination, operations support, supply chain, transport administration, or a similar role.
Organisation: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, schedules, and priorities without losing attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Problem Solving: Able to stay calm under pressure and make practical decisions when schedules or requirements change.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, logistics software, or general office tools.
Mindset: Reliable, proactive, professional, and willing to take ownership of daily tasks.
Pay: £28,191.00-£39,000.00 per year
