We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Fundraising Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Engage with community members and potential donors to promote our organisation’s initiatives and fundraising campaigns.
- Utilise CRM software, including 'Raiser's Edge', to record interactions and manage donor information accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supporters through personalised communication and excellent customer service.
- Organise and participate in outreach events, both virtual and in person, to raise awareness of our cause.
- Assist in creating compelling marketing materials and social media content to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for donor acquisition and retention programmes.
- Maintain a professional presence in public relations activities, representing the organisation positively at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or knowledge of marketing, fundraising, or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly 'Raiser's Edge', is desirable but not mandatory; training will be available.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and friendly manner.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under supervision.
- Passionate about community engagement and supporting charitable causes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £24,784.00-£50,000.00 per hour
