Job Summary
DSM Contract Lifting Services Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable HIAB Driver to operate a Volvo rigid lorry with a Fassi fly-jib crane. Based out of our Brentwood depot, the role involves varied and challenging lifting work across construction, infrastructure, and logistics sites across London and the South East.
We are a well-established lifting contractor known for professionalism, safety, and delivering on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Volvo rigid HIAB lorry with Fassi fly-jib crane
- Transport, lift, and position loads as per site plans and lift instructions
- Work under the direction of appointed persons and supervisors
- Complete daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Maintain safety standards and follow all site and HSE regulations
Requirements
- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid HIAB (Loader Crane) certification – ALLMI or NPORS
- Proven experience operating fly-jib or long-reach loader cranes (Fassi preferred)
- A professional and safety-focused approach to lifting operations
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable – this is a client-facing role
