Company Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our Chesterfield team. an-vision UK is a small business that specialises in the sale of ophthalmic equipment and consumables to veterinary surgeons and clinic. the role reports to the UK Director and Sales Manager.
The role consists of mainly, but not limited to:
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Chesterfield, focused on supporting customers, preparing orders, and managing stock levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service both via telephone and email
- Working with the Sales Manager to ensure that customer enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Order processing, picking and packing in a timely manner
- Using Xero to process sales, including invoicing
- Producing weekly and monthly sales reports in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- Maintain stock levels and conduct stock ordering in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- General office duties such as filing reports, organising equipment servicing etc.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong skills in delivering an excellent customer experience and building positive relationships
- Ability to prioritise tasks, problem‑solve, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently and as a part of a team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in a customer‑focused role is preferred
