Chef / Cook – Archies Coffee Bar Kitchen, Louth
Full-Time / Part-Time Available
We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef to join our growing team at Archies in the heart of Louth.
Archies is an independent Coffee Bar Kitchen serving everything from breakfasts and lunches to evening food, cocktails and special events. We're a busy, friendly venue that takes pride in great food, great service and supporting our team to grow.
What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A passion for cooking and creating quality dishes
- Someone who works well under pressure
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A team player who is happy to support others
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential for the right person
The role:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
- Assisting with stock rotation and food storage
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
- Helping with menu development and specials where appropriate
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient
