Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own home providing high-quality, person-centred care, including:
- Companionship: Offering social interaction and emotional support to promote well-being and reduce loneliness.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals in line with dietary needs and preferences
- Medication Support: Assisting with medication reminders and administration in accordance with care plans.
- Light Housekeeping: Supporting with household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Transportation: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities where required
- Building Relationships: Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Essential Requirements:
- Team player with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Be available to work early mornings and evenings, including alternate weekends.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Obtaining Class 1 Business Insurance for your vehicle.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
