Smart Energy Homes is a whole house energy efficiency retrofit business. Our renewable energy installations consist of both Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar panels. The Job
The position available is a telephone-based sales role. You will be key to helping drive the company forwards and confirming installations. Whilst this is an outbound calling role, the leads are already warm because clients have already enquired via our website or social media. The real appeal is almost all customers qualify under a UK grant scheme, so the installation is usually free! It is a highly rewarding sales role, and the right individual could not only have a flourishing career within sales but also progress upwards through the company during it's time of considerable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a sales pipeline of internet enquiries
- Warm outbound call to gather information and qualify the client
- Deal with inbound calls to secure appointments
- Take a customer through the qualification process explaining the benefits of insulation and renewable energy, as well as why they should become a client of Smart Energy Homes
Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in the energy efficiency industry preferred but not essential
Hours of Work
· Flexible Hours - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7.00pm, 37.5 hours per week
Salary
· £28,000 per annum plus commission OTE £45,000 to £65,000
· Market leading commission structure
