Job Introduction
Pay rate: £14.50- £15.50 per hour - Weekly and Monthly Pay available!
Shift Pattern: 08:00 -20:00 (days) and 20:00 – 08:00 (sleep nights), 08.00-12.00 (double ups)
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support to a Cheerful and Fun Gentalman who lives in his own home in Portsmouth.
He has a recently accuiered spinal injury and requires round‑the‑clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team. He has a Wide range of hobbies that include going to Social activities and events, Enjoys watching the hourse racing and the Football.
This is a rewarding role supporting a gentalman who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.
Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

Experience with Spinal Cord Injury and complex needs is helpful but not essential.

You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role

Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
