Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a caring, dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our wonderful team at The Early Learning Camp.

About the role
As a Nursery Practitioner you will:
Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
Provide exceptional care in a safe, nurturing environment
Create inspiring learning opportunities centred on children’s interests
Support children’s individual development through the EYFS
Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding experiences
Celebrate every child as the unique individual they are
We would love to hear from someone who:
Holds a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Has a genuine passion for supporting young children
Is warm, caring, positive and enthusiastic
Understands the importance of child-led learning
Values outdoor learning and curiosity-led experiences
Works well as part of a supportive team
Is committed to providing the very highest standards of care
Experience or additional training in SEND/SENCO would be a wonderful advantage, as we are passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.
