Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, visible presence at entrances and exits
- Monitor crowd behaviour and ensure safety at all times
- Prevent unauthorised entry and enforce venue policies
- Deal with incidents calmly, efficiently, and legally
- Work alongside bar and club staff to create a welcoming, safe environment for patrons
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Previous experience in security, customer service, or nightlife settings preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Professional, reliable, and approachable
