Salary: Up to £33,020 (based on up to 10 sleep-ins per month at £65 per sleep-in)

Schedule: Shift-based including sleep-ins, weekends and some bank holidays.
The impact you’ll have
You’ll be part of a small team creating a safe, nurturing home where children can settle, build trust and make progress — sometimes in tiny steps that mean everything.
What you’ll do (day-to-day)
- Provide safe, consistent care and supervision
- Support routines: school readiness, meals, bedtime, hygiene, appointments and activities
- Build trusting relationships through warmth, boundaries and reliability
- Use trauma-informed approaches and de-escalation strategies
- Maintain accurate records (daily notes, incidents, key events)
- Work with the team to create positive, memory-making experiences for children
What we’re looking for
- A genuine commitment to children’s wellbeing and a resilient, calm approach
- Experience in care is helpful (children’s residential preferred), but we also value strong transferable skills
- Willingness to work shifts/sleep-ins and learn
- Great communication, professionalism and teamwork
- Driving licence Required
