Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated GCSE Maths, English, and Science Teacher to inspire and support students in achieving their academic goals. Duties
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in Maths, English, and Science aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and observations
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and special educational needs
- Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage improvement and motivation
- Support students’ social and emotional development alongside academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans
Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE-level Maths, English, or Science
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students of varying abilities
- Experience working with children or in special education environments is highly desirable
- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Passion for education with a proactive approach to student success
- Relevant qualifications in education or subject-specific areas (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
- Commitment to fostering a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere
