Overview
Part time, onsite role (warehouse office).
We require a proactive, self-motivated individual to work alongside the owner and handle day to day office operations.
Suitable for a highly organised and social individual, confident with customer relations and comfortable with responsibility.
Hours:
Monday-Friday mornings preferred. Must be between the hours of 8am-4pm.
Start date 1st September
Must be available w/c 24th August for handover.

Duties
- Answering phone calls, email and online enquires
- Maintaining existing customer relationships
- Filtering through enquires
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Managing social media platforms
- Maintain customer and company record
- Coordinating transport for deliveries and collections
- General administrative support
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willing and able to learn the racking industry quickly
- Independent, reliable and takes initiative
- Confident with phone calls, messages and emails
- Proficient in Microsoft office and social media platforms
- Experience in administrative/customer services role – highly preferred
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
