We are looking for an Outdoor Pool Host to join our team at Shorefield Country Park in Milford On Sea.
The Pool Host is responsible for creating a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for guests using the outdoor pool facilities. Acting as a welcoming and visible presence, the Pool Host ensures poolside areas are maintained to a high standard, guest enquiries are handled professionally, and all pool rules and safety procedures are followed.
This is a seasonal position until 31 August 2026. Working 37.5 hours over 5 days a week, including daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Please note: Due to the nature of the role and associated responsibilities applicants must be 18 years or older.
Salary: £12.95 per hour
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome the guests to the outdoor pool area in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about pool facilities, opening times and resort services
- Assist guest with general enquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve minor guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guests comply with pool rules and guidelines
