Duties
- Monitor premises continuously using surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security breaches, hazards, or unauthorized access.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and deterring theft or vandalism through active surveillance and engagement.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by assessing situations accurately and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference.
- Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by verifying identities and guiding them safely through the premises.
- Provide first aid assistance when needed, demonstrating calmness and competence in emergency situations.
