To excel in this role, you will need to:
- Have experience boning out bodies of beef, lamb or pork.
- Be able to break down to primal cuts.
- Be able to work as part of a friendly, skilled team and listen to instruction.
This is a 40 hour per week contract Monday – Thursday with the option to work Friday mornings if desired. Our purpose built state of the art building is based in Ulverston, Cumbria.
