Job Description:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to support residents’ daily needs and contribute to a warm, supportive community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily activities.
· Support care plan implementation and maintain accurate records.
· Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
· Promote safety, dignity, independence and confidentiality.
Requirements & Compliance:
· Previous care experience is preferred but not essential; full training is provided.
· Genuine desire to improve the lives of vulnerable adults.
· This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
