About the Role
Lleure Penedes UK is seeking a reliable Recreation Facility Technician to maintain, inspect, and repair recreational facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will help ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of recreational facilities and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
- Ensure facilities comply with safety procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
