About the role
Heera Ventures Group is looking for a confident, warm and engaging Social Media Presenter and Guest Content Producer to become one of the on-camera faces of our digital content.
You will host conversations, interview guests and help create engaging social-media content covering topics such as fashion, beauty, personal style, culture, confidence and the experiences of young women.
This is more than a presenting position. You will also be responsible for identifying suitable guests, reaching out to them and coordinating their participation in filming.
Key responsibilities
- Present and host engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social-media platforms.
- Interview guests in a natural, confident and conversational way.
- Research and identify suitable guests for upcoming topics and content.
- Approach potential guests and explain the purpose and format of the content.
- Coordinate availability, filming dates, locations and other arrangements with guests.
- Prepare interview questions and discussion points before filming.
- Suggest relevant weekly topics, interview ideas and social-media concepts.
- Conduct street-style interviews, guest conversations, behind-the-scenes content and other short-form videos.
- Help guests feel comfortable and confident while being filmed.
- Ensure appropriate guest permissions and consent are obtained before content is published.
- Work closely with the founder and wider creative team to develop the content direction.
- Represent Heera Ventures Group professionally both on camera and when communicating with guests.
- Attend filming sessions and occasional events across London.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident, natural and engaging on camera.
- Enjoys meeting new people and asking thoughtful questions.
- Can lead a conversation while allowing guests to express themselves.
- Is proactive and comfortable approaching and finding potential guests.
- Speaks fluent English and either Punjabi or Hindi.
- Has a genuine interest in fashion, beauty, personal style, culture or youth-focused topics.
- Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form social-media content.
- Is organised, reliable and able to coordinate guests and filming arrangements.
- Can communicate sensitively and professionally with people from different backgrounds.
- Is comfortable travelling to filming locations across London.
- Is willing to occasionally travel elsewhere in the UK or internationally if required.
Previous presenting, interviewing, acting, content creation, radio, podcasting or social-media experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. We are primarily looking for someone with a strong personality, natural communication skills and the confidence to connect with people.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
