We have a Food & Beverage Supervisor vacancy to join our team at Harewood House Trust to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our varied catering areas, which include our Courtyard cafe, our Terrace Cafe outside the House, The Bothy which sits around the other side of the lake, The Horsebox and dining events.

The role is offered on a permanent, annualised basis for 1768 hours per year, which equates to approximately 34 hours per week. You would be working generally, 5 days over 7 including weekends and Bank Holidays, when required.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor role is varied and operational, where you could be supervising a small team in one of the catering areas, supporting the delivery of conferencing and fine dining events or operating the Horsebox catering outlet during one of our large outdoor events. Alongside, the Food & Beverage Manager and the team, you will help deliver our vision for catering across the organisation, with provenance being at the heart of everything we offer.
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you would support the Food & Beverage Manager with recruitment, inductions, and the organisation of staff, you would support with paperwork, including rota's and payroll.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with people, communicates well with others and encourages an inclusive work place. If you have barista experience that would be helpful, although all training is provided.
Our catering experience at Harewood is vital to the overall experience for our visitors and we pride ourselves on delivering the best experience, be it offering cream teams in the House, tasty food and drinks in our Courtyard cafe or any of our other outlets on site.
