Job description:
We are a family-run Italian bakery looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking person to join our team.
Weekly Schedule:
- Wednesday & Thursday: Working in the bakery assisting with operations and prep.
- Friday: Working in the bakery or running a market stall.
- Saturday & Sunday: Managing and running our market stall independently.
The role includes:
- Helping in the bakery on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday
- Running and managing the market stall on Saturdays and Sundays (possible on Friday)
- Setting up and packing down the stall
- Serving customers and creating a friendly experience
- Managing sales and taking pride in achieving excellent results
- Following cleaning procedures and maintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation
We are looking for someone who:
- Has bakery experience (preferred, but not essential as training will be provided)
- Is willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Is friendly, bubbly, reliable, and confident with customers
- Has a positive attitude and always looks to go the extra mile
- Takes pride in their work, strives for excellence, and always looks for ways to improve
- Has good organisation skills and can work independently
- Has a full driving licence and is comfortable driving a van
- Is available for early starts (4:00 am) We offer:
