HARON LTD is a growing London-based property development company specialising in residential renovation and construction projects.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Director's Assistant to work directly with our Director, supporting property development, construction projects, business operations, and day-to-day administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on exposure to UK property development while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with construction project coordination and progress tracking.
- Help prepare planning, building control and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain project records, quotations and procurement documents.
- Support site visits and project meetings where required.
- Assist with document control for construction and property development projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Director and assist with daily business operations.
- Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate property-related administration and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with document preparation for property acquisitions, developments, and compliance requirements.
- Handle general office administration, including purchasing office supplies and coordinating deliveries.
- Conduct online research and compile information as required.
- Support various business projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction, architecture, interior design, property development, or real estate industry.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Candidates with basic conversational Mandarin Chinese are encouraged to apply. While not essential, Mandarin skills would be advantageous in various areas within the position.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsor is not available.
Desirable
- Basic conversational Mandarin Chinese (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Revit or similar software
- Experience within construction, architecture or property development
- Previous project coordination experience
- Comfortable reading architectural drawings and construction documents
- Full UK Driving Licence

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
