Based at our Head Office in a lovely rural, countryside location outside of Nantwich.
This is a full time, permanent position. While experience is beneficial, it's not essential- as full training will be provided. Salary is dependent on relevant e-commerce experience.
We’re looking for a commercially savvy E-commerce Office Assistant to become the 5th member of our team. Someone who can be in the detail, analysing performance and proposing actionable improvements, striving to make our brand as successful as it can be.
We are one of the biggest retailers of genuine leather handbags and accessories on Amazon UK and wider Europe. In addition to our presence on Amazon, we operate two UK Shopify websites: Catwalk Collection Handbags and The Real Handbag Shop. Our products are also available on Debenhams and Etsy.
We are a small friendly team that make a BIG impact! We thrive on self-organisation, initiative, creativity and a willingness to help others. Far from the bureaucracy and red tape of large corporate businesses.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day commercial optimisation of our Amazon and Etsy listings, Shopify websites and Debenhams account. This role works across functions to coordinate the online trade activity, so you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator who can juggle multiple priorities. The online marketplace is constantly morphing and changing so the ideal candidate will be able to adapt to new practices and learn new skills.
Working within our team will mean you gain an abundance of experience in many areas of our online company; this varied role means no two days will be the same. One day you’ll be launching new products, the next you’ll be assisting with the management of multiple sales channels.
If you are interested in this job, it should be clear that this position is physical in nature. When not working at their desk, the successful applicant will sometimes be required to work on their feet (e.g. photography / videography / handling deliveries) and will be required to lift and carry boxes of stock. Full training will be provided.
