Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile person to join our hotel Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in grounds keeping/general gardening, and painting. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage tasks independently while providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for ensuring that all outside grounds work and exterior painting is carried out to the highest standards, contributing to the overall functionality and aesthetics of our Heritage Listed building.
Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds duties and external painting and cleanliness
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance in car park, courtyard, and all external areas within hotel boundary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong practical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service at all times.
This is a part time, 20 hours per week, role
Pay: £12.75 per hour
