Be Our First Administrator and Personal Assistant

Due to consistent growth and success, we're looking for our very first Administrator and Personal Assistant —someone who wants to make an Immediate impact and play an important role in the future of our business.
This isn't about making tea or photocopying. From day one, you'll become a valued member of our team, supporting the smooth running of the business.
You will have the opportunity to help shape how the position develops, gain experience across the business and build the foundations for a long-term career.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how every part of the business fits together. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming emails and customer enquiries.
- Supporting our sales, estimating and project teams with administration.
- Preparing quotations, documents and customer correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records using our business systems.
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier administration.
- Supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Identifying ways to improve administrative processes as you develop in the role.
- Supporting Director with direct admin tasks
- Data input
- Market reaearch
- Marketing development at a basic level
- Basic book keeping tasks such as generating invoices

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a Business Admin
- Able to support a Director with work/personal Admin
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with others.
- Reliable, motivated and takes pride in their work.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Docs
- Able to work independently while enjoying being part of a supportive team
- Basic exposure within Digital Marketing
Essential Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- A genuine interest in a Business Support role
- A proven track record in supporting Senior Management/Director level staff
- Computer literature (Outlook email, Google Sheets/Docs)

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
