Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness logs and document completed tasks for accountability
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, buffers, and other tools
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus
