As a Radiology Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the Imaging Department and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care throughout their diagnostic journey.

Essential
- Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar patient-facing clinical role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Desirable
- Experience working within an Imaging or Radiology Department.
- Experience assisting with ultrasound examinations, including interventional procedures.
- Experience supporting MRI services.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a related healthcare qualification.
Please note that while an NVQ Level 3 qualification and imaging experience would be advantageous, neither are essential as full training and support will be provided.
Working Hours
- Bank (Zero-Hours Contract)
- Ad hoc shifts to suit service requirements and your availability
- Shift lengths are predominantly 7.5 hours
- Department operating hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm
