Your mission:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Revenue Manager to join our team and play a key role in maximising the hotel’s financial performance. Above all, we are looking for someone who is commercially curious, data-driven and proactive. You should enjoy identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions and finding new ways to maximise performance.
You’ll be someone who can move confidently between detailed analysis and big-picture commercial thinking, while building strong relationships with colleagues across the hotel.
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective revenue strategies across pricing, inventory and distribution, with the aim of maximising RevPAR, ADR and occupancy across all market segments and booking channels.
This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role, requiring someone who can turn data and market insight into clear, actionable strategies. You will monitor market trends, forecast demand, optimise rates and availability, and manage the hotel’s presence across OTAs, GDS, direct booking channels and corporate accounts.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills and a confident grasp of the digital and distribution landscape.

Your day-to-day will include:
Revenue Strategy
- Develop and implement revenue strategies aligned with the overall hotel and commercial strategy.
- Create and execute strategies to optimise RevPAR, ADR and occupancy across all market segments and channels.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability while responding to changing market conditions.
- Balance short-term commercial opportunities with longer-term revenue objectives.
Pricing Yield Management
- Establish and continuously adjust dynamic pricing based on demand, seasonality, competitor activity and wider market trends.
- Implement effective yield management techniques to maximise revenue from available room inventory.
- Manage room rates, availability, restrictions and inventory across relevant channels.
- Monitor booking pace and demand patterns and make timely pricing recommendations and adjustments.
Market Intelligence Analysis
- Analyse historical performance, booking patterns, demand trends and market data to identify commercial opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, availability and market activity.
- Use market intelligence to inform pricing and revenue decisions and support continued RevPAR growth.
- Identify emerging trends and potential challenges, translating insights into practical revenue strategies.
Forecasting Budgeting
- Develop accurate short- and long-term revenue forecasts.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and commercial business plans.
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and opportunities.
- Prepare financial and revenue performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Distribution Channel Management
- Oversee and optimise the hotel’s presence across key distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, direct booking channels and corporate accounts.
- Ensure rate parity, accurate availability and maximum visibility across all relevant channels.
- Monitor channel performance, profitability and cost of acquisition.
- Work with relevant partners and internal teams to optimise distribution and drive profitable direct bookings.
Performance Monitoring Reporting
- Regularly monitor key revenue KPIs, including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, booking pace, channel mix and market performance.
- Produce clear and insightful revenue reports for the senior leadership team.
- Present performance updates, commercial insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Identify areas of underperformance and develop proactive action plans to address them.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Reservations and Finance to ensure revenue strategies are aligned with wider business objectives.
- Communicate revenue strategy clearly across the hotel and ensure relevant teams understand pricing, restrictions and commercial priorities.
- Support a collaborative commercial culture focused on maximising hotel performance and enhancing the guest experience.
- Work with property and home-office stakeholders as required.

Must-haves:
- 3+ years’ experience in hotel revenue management.
- Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong technical understanding of hotel distribution systems and tools, including PMS, RMS, CRS and OTAs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyse market trends and forecast demand.
- Ability to translate data and market insight into clear, strategic actions that support revenue growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with and present information to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic hotel environment.
Desirable
- Experience and knowledge of IDeaS G3, SynXis and Infor HMS.
- Knowledge and understanding of the local hotel market.
- Experience within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
