Pay Rates
We offer a two tier payment structure - our payment structure is designed to reward handwork and productivity.
TIER ONE - FIXED DAY RATE
£185+20% VAT £222 Per Day = £ 1,332.00 PER WEEK - Design around 80-90stops per day for driver who want a good work life balance
TIER TWO - HIGH PERFORMERS
£230+ +20% VAT £276+ Per Day = £ 1656.00,+ PER WEEK - Designed to reward driver who are highly financially driven. We believe you should be paid fairly for hard work!! Drivers who complete routes of around 115-140+ stops, will be paid the increased rate with no cap on drivers who perform well.

We offer van rentals with full courier insurance included:
LWB: £275 inc VAT

Job Description
We are seeking an efficient and organised Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team in Exeter - DPD, supporting DPDs fast-paced delivery network. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Load company vehicles and deliver packages to multiple destinations daily
Operate delivery vehicles safely, adhering to all UK traffic laws and regulations
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report any issues or defects
Deliver exceptional customer service while complying with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Valid Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year, with no more than 6 penalty points and no active disqualifications.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Physical Fitness: Capable of safely lifting and handling packages
Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends as required.

EARLY STARTS AND EARLY FINISH - DPD Dispatch begins at 6am - more information available.
Delivering in the same area everyday - Drivers are assign the same area every day, promoting efficiency and clear familiarity with you daily customer. You will know your route better than you know yourself.
4 weeks of Top up training routes, paid at £170 per day -Payment will be topped up to the fixed Training day rate no matter how small the routes are.
Fuel Card available - providing a smooth transition into your role, fuel cards are available for the first 6-8 weeks to help support moving into the role.
