About the Role:
If the world of hospitality is something that brings you joy, we would love to hear from you! Our Hosts are welcoming, friendly and helpful. They ensure all hospitality and dining experiences are to the highest level and enjoyable for our residents and their families. They are also focused on keeping our health and safety standards high and in line with HACCP policies and other safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greeting residents and their families in a warm and friendly manner and offering refreshments. Helping residents with drinks, while also allowing them to maintain their own independence (where possible.)

Team Work: Working alongside the kitchen and lifestyles team to ensure the café is always clean and tidy and prepared for the days events and functions.

Health & Safety: Guaranteeing the café/ dining area is clean and tidy and to the standards of food safety hygiene policies
