This is a full-time, office-based role and will include:
- Answering phones and emails
- Processing orders
- Invoicing and statements
- Answering stock enquiries
- Liaising with the warehouse to manage order fulfilment
- Supporting our retailers across Northern Ireland
Sales or customer service experience is essential, and bathroom industry knowledge would be preferred.

Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with retailers and manufacturers.
- Sales support and coordination abilities, including order processing, follow-up on leads, and assisting with quotations and basic sales documentation.
- Office administration and organizational skills, such as data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Comfort with office software and systems (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or order management tools) and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Professional telephone and written communication skills, with a clear, courteous, and confident manner.
- Experience in distribution, plumbing, bathroom, heating, or related KBB sectors is beneficial but not essential.
- Relevant qualification or experience in customer service, administration, or sales support; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Pay: £25,420.00-£31,000.00 per year
