Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success by managing teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and utilizing advanced project management tools to streamline processes. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications.
- Manage procurement processes and oversee contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through progress reports, meetings, and updates.
- Utilize Civil 3D for site planning and design validation to support project accuracy and efficiency.
- Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
- Hands-on experience with Civil 3D for civil engineering design and site layout planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines efficiently through exceptional time management skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols, building codes, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders effectively.
