Activities Coordinator – Care Home

Are you a creative, enthusiastic and caring person who loves bringing people together and making a difference to their day?
We are looking for an Activities Coordinator to join our established team at Alsley Lodge, creating meaningful, enjoyable and person-centred activities for our residents.
The Role
As our Activities Coordinator, you will play an important role in making everyday life at Alsley Lodge enjoyable, stimulating and fulfilling.
You will plan and deliver a varied programme of activities that reflects the individual interests, hobbies, abilities and choices of our residents.
From creative sessions and games to music, reminiscence, celebrations, trips out and social events, you'll help create moments that our residents can look forward to.

- Comfortable working with older people and supporting different abilities
- Able to organise and lead a variety of activities
- Passionate about promoting independence, wellbeing and quality of life
- A positive team player who enjoys being part of an established care team
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Previous experience working in a care home or activities role is desirable, but not essential. Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference to people's lives.
Working Hours
16–32 hours per week available
9:00am – 5:00pm
Every other weekend
Pay
£14.50 per hour
