Chasing Rabbits is a warm, family-run coffee bar in the heart of Hove, and we’re looking for a creative, passionate Head Chef to join us full-time as we launch our food offering.
This is a chance to build our food menu from scratch, with full creative freedom to develop bold, beautiful and exciting dishes.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has several years’ Head/Senior Chef experience
- Is creative, passionate and food-obsessed
- Can lead a kitchen and manage a team
- Understands food costs, stock and hygiene
- Wants to help shape a growing local business
- Is excited to run evening pop-ups and create their own menus
