Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will help management lead a team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation, serving, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes are prepared according to company standards and health regulations.
- Manage the kitchen team, providing leadership and support to optimise performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members and conducting ongoing training sessions for existing team members.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Organise on-shift staff, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the establishment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, serving, or food preparation within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Demonstrable management or supervising experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong background in restaurant operations, kitchen management, or culinary roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality settings.
- Previous experience with leadership roles in hospitality or similar sectors is essential but not a must as training will be provided.
- Barista experience is considered an advantage but is not essential. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through effective team leadership and operational excellence within the hospitality industry.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
