Job Role: Logistics Executive
Working hours: Monday - Sunday working between the hours of 8am -8pm on a rota basis. 40hrs per week

Job Description
We've Got The Key are one of the biggest national auto-locksmith companies and are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Logistics professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be agile, with a "can do" attitude and a problem-solving mind.
You will become the expert demonstrating positive behaviours aligned to our company values and performance indicators. To maximise the fleets operational output efficiently and effectively. To be agile and motivated with a can do, role your sleeves up team player mind set. To always be ready to learn new things, expanding your knowledge and personal growth within and outside of your job role.
You will be also be an integral member of our wider "Customer Excellence" function, building up your knowledge over time to be able to assist different types of customer. We have a one-team approach so you will also become multi-skilled, able to help on a variety of different schemes.
Duties
- Ensuring co-ordination by planning and optimising routes for Auto-Locksmiths
- Dispatching and monitoring output of our engineers
- Monitor job progress and provide real time updates to sales and customer service departments to keep our customers ( new and existing) up to date.
- Demonstrate a good eye for detail to enable you to piece together a coverage decision from Auto-Locksmith circumstances.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the logistics process and the Auto-Locksmith journey
- Provide excellence by leading the way and taking accountability within your designated area of responsibility with clearly defined objectives & KPI’s set by the management team.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with all Auto-Locksmiths via telephone.
- Demonstrate a good eye for detail to enable you to piece together a coverage decision from Auto-Locksmith circumstances
- Monitoring the skills, training, and stock of the engineers within the fleet
- Exceptional working relationship with your regional team of engineers
- Provide support to other areas with the Customer Excellence function, ensuring our customers get a best-in-class service.
Skills - Essential
- Good basic English and Maths skills (at least GCSE grade C or 5 or equivalent)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An organised approach and good time management skills
- Cooperative team player
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to navigate various systems and processes efficiently and effectively.

Skills - Desirable
- Experience in a Logistical role/industry
- Experience in handling a wide range of clients and multitasking.
- Ability to prioritise own workload as well as that of others, to work on own initiative and to identify improvements on an ongoing basis.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
We are in the centre of the Norwich, 2 minutes walk away from the bus station and a 20 minute walk from the train station.
Being city centre based we do not have any car parking. All candidates should check travel arrangements for the shift patterns being advertised to ensure they have the flexibility and ability to fulfil our 8am -8pm coverage.
