Vehicle Technician – Prep Centre Expansion
Salary: £30,000–£48,000 per year, plus bonus

Due to the continued expansion of our preparation centre, including the installation of six additional vehicle ramps, we are looking for skilled and passionate Vehicle Technicians to join our growing workshop team.
You’ll be working in a clean, tidy and well-equipped workshop, alongside an experienced team, with modern diagnostic equipment and the facilities needed to complete work efficiently and to a high standard.

Your Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play an important part in preparing our vehicles to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out thorough vehicle inspections
- Completing servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Diagnosing faults efficiently using modern diagnostic equipment
- Completing repairs safely, accurately and in line with manufacturer specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed to a consistently high standard
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain an efficient, high-performing preparation centre
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Time-served mechanics with strong experience and suitable references are also encouraged to apply
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Genuine passion for vehicles and quality workmanship
