Holistic Care Scotland are looking to recruit enthusiastic Home Care Workers within Banchory and the surrounding areas.
Holistic Care Scotland are a home care provider based in Aberdeenshire who are registered to support both adults and children in their own homes and within the community.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide personal care in line with individual care plans
- Support with mobility, meals, medication prompts and administration and daily routines
- Maintain accurate records and report concerns promptly
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families
- Work in line with SSSC Codes of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards
