We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our small team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing and general gardening duties to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
- Support excavation activities using equipment like excavators or manual tools to prepare sites for construction or planting projects
- Carry out general construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled tradespeople on-site
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and small machinery is advantageous
- Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows confidently
- Basic understanding of landscape maintenance practices and horticultural principles is beneficial
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
