Duties
- Operate car wash equipment including high-pressure washers, brushes, and drying tools to clean vehicles efficiently and thoroughly
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies to uphold safety and hygiene standards
- Assist customers with guiding vehicles through the wash process or manually detailing vehicles as needed
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage during washing or drying procedures
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating machinery and handling cleaning chemicals
- Keep accurate records of services performed and communicate any vehicle issues or customer concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with driving is highly desirable
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and maneuvering equipment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and operate various cleaning tools safely
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to chemical use and equipment operation
